bought a 27mh reciever for a small plane my grandson has. this reciever has 2 channels, but the connections for servos are 2prong. all the servos i have or have seen have three wires. any one know were you can find servos of this type or can the three wire be used somehow.

Proprietary gear is bad for just that reason. You would have to find what the receiver was made for and buy all the stuff from that plane. 3 wire servos will not work with it.

Your 3 wire servos are probably for 72 mhz systems. Very very few people in North America buy 27 mhz components to put together a radio system. The 27 mhz systems are primarly RTF packages. Parts, such as what you bought are usually specific to a given plane which has those types of servos.

Where did you buy this receiver? Maybe you can exchange it.
