Hi,
Use a resister plug and plug the bulb line off if you don't use a primer bulb.

If you choose to use the primer bulb run it back to the tank. My return line to tank has a 'T" fitting with filter which I use to fill the tank.

Most of installed system is not visiable for pics. BTW I put an in-line filter between the T fitting and tank as well.

Hi Mike,I see what your getting at now. Thanks for the drawing.I do have a few questions though about this setup. What does the pink line designate and why does it seem to loop back into the carb? When running the return line and clunk line in the tank, can they be attached side by side to move together as one assembly or does it matter where the return line is positioned in the tank?I guess, what I mean by that is does the return line have to be immersed in fuel all the time in order for it to work properly(i.e- not suck air?)or can I position it any old place inside the tank?.

I may have the two lines wire-tied in one of the tanks.

The bulb has a check valve in it? If you do not use the bulb, you will need to plug the return line or the carb will not draw fuel if it can draw air through the return line.

Enjoy,

Jim

plugging the ouput line downstream of the bulb is IMHO somewhat of a waste. With time the bulb will deteriorate and allow air in to output side of that check valve, the same as an unplugged outlet line. I think that sealing the hole for the rubber check valve might be a more permanent solution.
