Are there any 80cc to 100cc conversion engines i am intrested in building a 37% extra but cant afford a DA or other expensive engines out of my budget.

Stihl makes a concrete saw--model 710. It's 110cc single and it's a BEAST. But, once you get it out of the saw, it's actually very light.
They get droppeed or run over by machinery. Engine is still good, but the saw will have a broken arm or the case is mangled beyond repair. I got mine for $50.
You'll have to cut the engine out. It's part of the saw housing, just like some of the chainsaw engines.

I have operated the 82 and 96 cc Sachs engine (5.2 and 5.8) in a wood saw and the vibration is minimal, the 22 pound mass of the saw is a tiresome issue however, lot of effort for an amatuer woodsman. Believe Ralph C is very knowledgeable on vibration issues, ask him for a opinion. A husky 100 cc engine is also a good candidate.

26-10 Menz at 6900RPM. 40:1 Husqvarna chainsaw oil.
It was a simple conversion. Cut the case away, just like some of the popular chainsaw engines. Buy a C&H ignition. Machine an aluminum hub. Cut the muffler open and gut it. Weld the muffler back together. Rebuild the carb. Get some aluminum stand-offs and bolt it to the firewall.
I don't have any pics of it. Sorry.

NEVER run it without the wings attached. They act as a tremendous vibration dampener.
I saw a guy running a gas engine on a plane without the wings on. I told him a couple times that he was going to shake the airframe apart. He wouldn't listen. Thought I was an idiot--and the look in his eyes told it all.
About 2 minutes later--horizontal stab came flying off. Basically ruined the plane. If it was fixable at all--I'll bet it took 40 hours to rebuild it.

I laughed outloud as loud and hard as I could muster. MMMWWWWAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! TOLD YA!! MMMWWWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
