Default What to do with this?

I have this engine.

here shown with a 3.5 computer hard drive for scale.

It's a two-stroke, 2-hp pump. I don't have precise data on the displacement, but from the size I assume it's 50cc.
I've taken it apart, and will remove the water mover when I find a tool that can exert enough torque. The mover is presently seized, as rust has made its job and I haven't been able to take it off with common household tools and generous applications of wd40.

It had been unused for 10 years or so, and even before that it has seen maybe one hour of running.

Anyway, after a good cleaning of the carb (will require some repair as it's leaking lots of fuel out of its lower valve) and general oiling of the crankshaft and piston, I started it up and it ran, so I know it's all right.

I intend to remove the whole metal plate where the pump assembly was screwed, and possibly the pull-starter as well (which is removed in the pictures, but I screwed it back on because otherwise I had no means to turn it on).

I'm looking for something to do with it.
It's power is probably too low, and its weight too high, to be used on a plane, and I don't have the money to buy all the parts for the plane anyway.
I was thinking of getting some random junk, a soldering machine, a few servos and build myself a very primitive r/c kart.

Do you see any obvious faults in this?

Also, do you have any other idea about other uses for it?

Thanks
