Default PULAN 26ccm EI Conversion

I have a converted 26 ccm Pulan engine with the BCMA ignition kit installed.
I can not get the engine to run.
Here is the problem:

Everything hooked up properly ( incl. 4.6 volt 2400 m/amp battery)
also the magnet installed according to manufacturer's (the RED end is the NORTH POLE)
and has been installed out.
I can not get a spark!

When I r e m o v e the metal gear clamp with the sensor from the engine - I hold the clamp
in my hand and swipe it over the magnet - and I get a spark each and every time.
I install the metal clamp with the sensor with the same result as above: NO spark.

Any suggestions? What could be the problem?

The sensor is not positioned correctly over the magnet. Either too large gap, or the magnet misses the sensor completely.
All provided you have no shortcirquit in the sensor bracket.

On some of these if the back side of the sensor is sensing the magnet but not the side that is supposed to, your magnet is in backwards. It is sometimes easier to turn the sensor over than to change the magnet

Signal lead is grounded to clamp and when you attach it to engine it grounds the signal. Off the engine its not grounded so it works.
Or Pe said alignment or air gap, I guess he said shorted wire too.

Just for a test, I wrapped electrician tape around the part of the engine and then installed the clamp with the sensor (the metal
clamp not touching the engine).
Still no success - And as done before: I swipe the sensor still attached to the clamp over the magnet and I get a perfect spark.

Check the wires to ground with an ohm meter. There should be no continuity on the red and white leads.
Mark the sensor bracket at the center of the sensor chip. Install the sensor so it is centered on the magnet. Set air gap to 010-015. Make SURE that it doesnt touch the hub/magnet.
