not the most realiable from all reports.
I prefer helidirect, good service, quick shipping but most importantly, they are very organized.

Doing a search on this site will get you a lot of hits. I used to do business with Raidentech and Xheli (same company, same address), but I won't any more. I believe also that nitroplanes (is nitromodels the same place) owns Raidentech and XHeli. The following posts all refer to XHeli.com, but remember these may all be related. I know XHeli and Raidentech are the same place.
XHELI.com is bad business
xheli.com
XHELI IS LOWER THAN WHALE FECES
Xheli.com???
The last time I did a part-by-part comparison with helidirect for HBFP and HBK2 parts, about 1/2 are better priced at helidirect, and 1/2 are better at raidentech/xheli.
I have found, like Druss, that helidirect.com is an awesome place. Decent prices, great shipping prices and great turnaround time. I've also been very happy with jaghobbies, ushobbysupply, and ka-planes. There are other places which are good too, but those (including raidentech and xheli) are ones which I have personal experience with.

Well, what I've personally written in a few of those threads I linked to is that when Raiden and Xheli have your stuff in stock as the webpage says, then you can get a decent deal (CJFREESHIPPING or CJ10 discount codes for Raiden) and things are OK. But the minute anything is out of stock or they ship you the wrong stuff (happened to me), then good luck getting decent customer service from them. I still have a 3800 or 3900 motor on supposed backorder with them since early December. 1) They don't tell you it's really out of stock, 2) It's not back-ordered automatically, 3) It's not cancelled and money refunded automatically. You just get the order with part missing and that's it. I had to threaten them (after 3 emails and phone calls trying to be nice) with legal action to get any response. They have an "F" rating with the BBB last time I looked.

I've ordered from xheli a couple of times with no problems. If one of them ever gets the $99.00 EXI barebones back in stock I'm going to find out how they are.

i have dealt with both once before in the past without a problem, but i may have gotten lucky.Ive heard quite a few complaints about raidentech,,not so much about nitromodels/planes.have a look here [link]http://justgofly.com/[/link] i have never dealt with them personally but they have been mentioned here on rcu i believe and have quite a selection of motors.

then i guess you'll have to take the chance with nitromodels or look for someone else who has it... please don't complain to us, you asked for advise, we gave you some, make a decision.

My wife bought my HB at Xmas time from Nitro and they were prompt, efficient and even followed up with a questionaire on how we found their service to be and if I liked the product, as well as contact numbers etc. It was our first purchase from them so I can't say anything else at this point but we have had a good experience with them so far!

I bought my HBK2 from Nitroplanes and it arrived but before I could fly it the first time the washout base broke while I was checking the tracking went to there web site at 3:00 EST they have a web assistant that is suppose to be able to help the message I got was that someone would call me within two days it did'nt happen It was a good thing I ordered replacement parts from a place in HONG KONG all of the other sites listed in these forums listed the part as out of stock well the parts arrived from hong kong in 6 days and only $5.00 S/H .
PS rchelicoptershop.com was the place in Hong Kong

You might get a better response if you posted in the Airplane forum instead of the heli forum? http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/forumid_148/tt.htm
If it's only 35 bucks, that's less than the cost of our pizza and wings tonight heheh.
The most you can be out is 35 bucks. Or you could put that $ aside and then later .. get a heli!
Or if you already have a heli, ..get another!
(..sorry man, i'm a heli addict)

My 2 cents, stay away from them, no product support. I've been totally dropped for a replacement part for a new ARF kit, just can't get any respsonce.
