Yes, KR Hobbies. Their customer service SUX!! to the max. I sent 3 emails to them in 4 days after my purchase and in the end I receive a reply at the 4th day stating that my email may have blocked them, and the funny part is another email from them saying that shes sick, received my email all on the 4th day. Funny right? One says I blocked them, another one says received it only on the 4th day. I received my package after 1 week+ and I WILL NEVER buy from them anymore.
I have one more backordered item with them and I sent them an email 2 days ago asking when will it be available and guess wat? NO REPLY UNTIL NOW!! I want to cancel off that backordered item and I could not do it without their reply. NO PHONE CONTACT!!! NO ORDER CONFIRMATION!!!! Nothing but silence from them

I spent $10 with Parcel Post thinking it was there fastest shipping method considering it cost $10 but turns out it's there slowest shipping method. Figure that one out. I could have spend less with them using a different method of shipping and I would have gotten my package sooner. It took 12 days to get my package and I wanted a refund for half my shipping cost and I haven't heard anything from them yet on that one, and I probably wont. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH KR HOBBIES. THEY BLOW!!!

I have never been so mad in my life as I am now this is the email I got from them I emailed them stating that I was sorry to bother them but if I did not hear from them I would have to do charge back thinking they might be closed hell I didn't know, but is it just me or does them seem like a rude email and I thought customers where always right lolol. and look how this email is written maybe she should have finished English class check out the last sentence she is stating that it is my mistake my mistake that all they had to do was email and I never did a charge back at all lololololololololo is this any way to treat a customer
Ok first off, you JUST ordered on the 9th, 1-3 business days processing. Next you had a backordered item which on our site is posted that orders MUST be over $50 to be split, which yours was not, so the only information you receive TILL the items are off backorder is the order confirmation, when status CHANGES, then we let you know. Third, you first contacted us on a weekend, we are closed on the weekends. As for a charge back, ther eis a fee for chargebacks on orders that have already processed as we are charged a fee when someone initiates one.
We waive the fee on our mistakes but this was ours, all the info about your order is posted on the website. You order is shipping out, thank you.

Only delt with them once and that was enough. Had same problem no reaction from them till I went to Paypal THEN they shipped my order.

I am surprised that everyone doesn't know about them by now, I posted a while back about canceling a order and then to find out 2 months later it arrives and I got charged by PayPal. I only use Jag Hobbies, KA Planes, Helidirect. This forum taught me how to order and who to order from.

Hahaha I couldnt help but laugh my ass off after reading all the posts about Krs on RcGroups.com. I dont understand how or why there even in business. What crappy service. (I dont think it gets worse than that) It's like they post stuff on a web-site for sale, but they dont have it in stock. Then you place an order and THEY order it, then ship it to you. What a trip.

THeir website offer some sweet and complete Xtreme product for Lama and CX and is a little cheaper. THats the reason I got into this dead trap and it will be the last time.

Yeah same here. I ordered some parts for my Lama V3. Although I got them, it took 12 days to get to me and I used the most expensive shipping method thinking it was going to be like 1-3 Priority. Good waste of $10. Terrible people over there.

Us hobby I just found your site Sir I am there for now on all my purchase's will be thru you. I just happened across the KR site cheap prices and I should have know in this hobby you get what you pay for, but recently I was diagnosed with bad health issue and having no insurance you know you try to cut corners where ever you can lolol but this will teach me I can't drive anymore due to this and my helo is my only sanity in my life

PS, your beltcp has been test hovered with my battery. Flew very nice. I did some trimming and adjusting of links and adjusted the servo on the boom. Your battery was charged and placed in the box and has as they say 'She has left the building'

Out of every order I have placed, Michael @ UShobby has had the best customer service and shipping. Even when he was out of town he replied to my emails. All of my HBK2 parts come from him.

I was surprise Michael even reply and process my order during Sunday. I even got email reply at midnight. Don't he need to sleep or fly his heli?

Haha, I was reading their "policies". It said the post office is lying and that priority takes up to 5 days when USPS says 2-3. What a load of crap! USPS is THE most reliable shipping method for cheap and fast shipping... hahaha
