I bought 4 of these batteries before and one very slightly puffed but hasn't gotten any bigger and I still use it... I notified them right away that it was started to puff and they sent me anoter one right away.. All I paid for replacement was $5.00 and I still have the old one cause they didn't want it back... Supposedly these batteries are made by HighCapacity for Japan and the quality is 'supposed' to be tops... I have never had any trouble except that one battery being just slightly puffed, slightly... Plus its free delivery too... I like these batteries..

I think I may have other links to cheap batteries too but will have to look for them... I know Deal Extreme has Mysteries on sale pretty cheap but personally I won't buy Mystery batteries...

It was another stock batt my wife added to the order for 27$. It's the fact that its been 3 weeks and we havent heard anything on it but they do have my money for it. Not like theres a short supply for these batteries. I just feel that 3 weeks is along time for any company to take to not even send you an update.
Hook us up with the link. Always looking for good deals..

Fun... I cry when its cold... tears freeze to my face... plywood blows away... a real mess... its -12C( 10.4F ) before the wind... I like it indoors... Besides furniture is much softer to bounce heli's off from than trees... outside... a cry'n quiver'n heap of whimper'n goo... inside... a warm, soft couch, whine'n coffee swill'n heap of goo... I pick warm...
had my share of cold... and Zim's too so I don't want it anymore.... plus who's going to operate the shovel when my heli tries to hide under the snow... huh?? Just thot of that... my heli luvs to hide behind trees, buildings, in the ground.. just about every place I'm not looking at... BTW... I usually fly with my eyes closed... feel the force luke... lolhappy fly'n...

Have to admit the service has been top shelf stuff for a while now... I'm sure you are seeing the benefits of having the better customer services that some businesses just don't seem to get. Customer service IS your business if you want to increase your sales force AND have repeat customers. Watch the business die or go stagnant without CS...
I'll def be looking for that Christmas sale... I bought two EXI's last time and I'm looking at other stuff to see if there are good deals too...
Happy holidays

I've ordered from all the Raiden Companies. Egrandbuy, Raidentech, Nitroplanes, XHeli, and I've also ordered from US Hobby Supply, and even Direct from ESKY for the main rotor wood blades for my Belt-CP.
I have never had an issue. My real issue is that stock levels fluctuate too much. I have gotten an order from Egrandbuy that was mixed up, since I was not carefully reading the site, and they exchanged items for me. The advertising can be something you need to filter, by comparing all the sites.
My Belt-CP came from XHeli and my EXI 450 pro as well. No problems.
By the way...the EXI with Carbon Fiber frame and CNC Aluminum Alloy main and tail rotor assemblies are very good workmanship. The materials are very good, however, I have yet to stress the airframes all that much by extreme aerobatics. I would express my opinion that these products are worth more per penny ( more bang for the buck ) than most every other site longstanding. Also it is my opinion by the converse, that customer support on technical issues is lacking.
Perhaps it would help if my Chinese were better
The company US Hobby Supply, is exemplary!!! Michael is fantastic. He is consistent on all levels, and extremely fair. It wouldn't hurt to do much more business with USHS. If USHS were built up by good patronage everyone would benefit.
All in all, the question is, answered it's a Win-Win situation.

Dr.D... I think I've bought from just about all the sites you mentioned and pretty much every word is spot on... Micjael has a great shop and customer service is a stand alone, he goes far and about many times to keep his customers happy... his biz WILL def grow....
As for tech services just about any online stores tech services are lacking... many don't service what they sell... merely if its broken they simply replace it if they have to... But thats why we come to the forums because here you will find far more experience and tech knowledge than you'll find in any HS. I see Nitroplanes\XHeli have their own forum for tech service and Q's which I have yet to check out and there are a few other places as well like SJM heli's too... My dream heli... lol
You've got me curious about the CF edition of the EXI now... doh... more coin drop'n from the bank acct...
MTBoy... if the price drop is much the same as the last sale... its better to buy two more... $110.00 for two 450 helli's??? Where else would you get that kinda deal??? Plus ur in the US so you can get free shipping... be crazy to not get two... buy one for a friend... like me... LOL
I may even give one I have to a friend here to get him fly'n... we'll see...happy holidayz and fly'n too

I recently bought a HBK2 and a toolbox from Xheli. So far so good. I posted my experiences in this [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_8213965/anchors_8213965/mpage_1/key_xheli/anchor/tm.htm#8213965]this thread[/link].

I have yet to actually order from xheli (mainly because they don't sell E_Sky E-Smart parts, go to my favorite place, Ka-Planes, for them) but they have come very far since I first started flying back in Jan. They went from having NO Customer Service to being up there with the best of the rest on the online retailers. Since Jan they have increased their forum presence 10 times from what it used to be, They have people on all forums who can help with order issues as well as having their own set of forums (rcdiscuss.com), Its quickest to get help from them as there has always been problems with e-mails (spam filters) but Andy (not sure who he is but he solves ALL problems for X-heli customers
) is very quick to help people out. X-Heli has also recently re-joined with the BBB and has already got their rating back to CCC, they've only been back with the BBB for 10 DAYS [X(][X(]. That'll shut alot of people up about saying X-heli is bad because they had a FFF rating. Very soon they'll have a AAA rating. I'm hoping they have the EXI's for $55 again, I really would like to pick 2 up at that price, too bad I was broke for the Black Friday sale

If you have the time and had a good buying experience, you can help them out by leaving a good review for them on the BBB website, just need to sign up, takes less then a min to do.

Not sure if the wife would go for buying two but if I can pull that off I will. I just plan on sitting on it till I get better with my CP. Use the EXI for my first build and make it to what I want.. Like I know what is good or bad tho..lol
Xheli took care of my wife for my CP and with the back ordered battery as soon as she emailed them they took care of it.. I would have looked into it more but it was from her work computer and I didnt have the details since it was a birthday gift. But all in all I will be doing lots of business with them as long as they keep doing me right.. Thanks Xheli

WOW... they got that 450 into that lil tiny box its sitting on??? Thats impressive... lol
Those look like Align main gears, yes??? What do you think of them?? Nice when other parts are a drop in fit...
MT - If you can afford two its always worth it at $55 per... you can always use the other as spare parts which is cheaper than buy'n everything separately... Then if ur lucky enough to not crash often then ur left with TWO heli's... Always madness to my methods... heh heh
happy holerdaze...

Yep, it was a tight fit in that box
(Its just my tool kit for those who didn't know) but thats the stock gear, I know the "Squadron" is more closely related to the newer T-Rex 450 SE V2 then the older ones, like the feathering shaft, and parts of the frame

Bottom line, imo, is that EXI did a pretty nice job in cloning the V2... Its a fantastic deal for anyone wanting to get a 450 sized heli without having to sell the house and several generations of children to buy one... Plus if a person wants they can buy the overpriced Align gear to put into them... But as they are they fly smooth... Only real problem is the tail unti which you should have a backup for when it does fail... And I bought one for $20.00 that is aluminum, comes with alum blade grips and a belt... drops right in and ur fly'n in ten minutes...
I might even buy the CF version this coming sale on Boxing Day...
happy holidaze... and fly'n too of course
