Real cute, Martin! I like the aluminum tubing on the exhaust outlet. Semi-enclosed, semi-exposed, engine is practical for getting at the mechanics but making the nose look nice too. Rgds. -Gary

Nitroplane no pressure line on tank only tank feed to engine and vent line to allow air in as carb draws out fuel, may relocate vent line , I pull the carb line at the carb to fuel tank martin

Looking good Martin. It looks like you flared and rounded off the end of the exhaust extension tube. Nice touch.

Fiery just leveled the air frame put on the wing lots of dyhedral on the wing measured wing tips down to flat surface and off about 1 1/4 inchs
evidently when they jigged the fus they were off added a 1/16 to the top of the fus where wing sits starboard side, wing on again and on the money
with my minnie level wing to fus aft of wing
also the aft end of the fus where it comes together flimsy cut out the end piece and added one twice as long under the stab platform on a good bite for the rudder hinge (Ca insert type) this should be a sweetheart with with the paw 06 going to go with and 8x4 wood zinger as a start, fuel pickup dead level with carb so should be no fuel draw issues. seems this is taking forever to get it right my goldberg tiger 400 with the OSFP 10 davis head no construction issues . should have this one done and flight ready by end of weekend, martin

........., fuel pickup dead level with carb so should be no fuel draw issues.
So if I read this correctly, you have the very end of the clunk itself (or fuel pickup) level with the carby, so wouldn't this in fact place the entire tanks contents too high, above the fuel jet and give a pressure head to the engine when running the model in its normal upright position?

Hi Martin, judging from your picture you could simply rotate the tank so that it sits flatter also.

But please bear in mind that I am only a control line flier and have never used an RC clunk style tank yet!

Hi with engine running only the metered amount will be allowed by needle setting,if you let it sit fueled you might get a syphon effect, close the needle none should run into the engine, and I do not let them sit around fueled , its fill start and go martin

Forgot my Nouvo 1300 electric to diesel conversion TT10GP Davis head set up to the same height and this runs muff pressure runs fine no issues

well progress wiring complete went larger wheels 2 1/2 inch for grass field and wngine area painted
