Before i get my selection for my inverter. I have these laying around. 320 YGE style FETS. Ill show you how they limit the pwm or the amount i can run in parallel in the design. Since its a modular stack build. I can build and bridges with different FETS and test the switching and thermal performance .

Okay its a d2Pak with 2.54 pitch (e) T0-262 Its 100 volt 180 ampere fet but the gate charge is double that of the newer fet id use so you can only run 6 where I could run 12 before. The newer fets have the same resistance but half the gate charge so you can build a higher current drive with the newer stuff and it can switch faster for the same number of fets.

Since the MitochondrikLV has all the drivers and ill only use 2 fets per phase ill utilize all the copper I have and build three separate power stages in the notch mode configuration like so and use the entire 77.5 x 102 mm clad for each phase. The caps can go irght in between the GND and VM rails. Like the torque cradle It will be trial and error.. It will be a simple routing for the high side logic in a modular stack as well. Ill have to add a kelvin shunt on two of the power stages. Easy peasy...

All I need now is to add the DC buss headers and shunts with via the i can go backside and route the signals for a 3 phase half bridge. A power stage will hold the mlcc .
I guess the squirrels are busy eating nutz!

For my personal 7050 marine motor Ill do what Volabo did and create my own ISCAD Ill create an I fit pure copper cage. I can get fancy and cast pure sterling!
