Crash-D: Last time I checked the WestonUSA site was down-- I lucked into the trade with Gary I was VERY irritated that I could not purchase one of these... If I had designed that airframe I would make darn-sure there was a USA agent ready and willing to take orders!

Having said that, I think it looks "stupid-fast" Mind you I am a plug-n-play speed guy, I know the F3D stuff is faster, the German speed cup guys are faster etc. but for someone who either cannot build well, or does not prefer to build--- Simply putting this thing together in a few hours and being able to hit 150MPH (If launch is successful!), that is just impressive!

I am looking forward to the Revvers get together and throwing this thing---

Yeah it definetly looks faster than my Patriot and Mach Racer. And probaably be worth my frst Jett! I've been thinking on getting a Jett soon but always thaught of a Whiplash for it.

Too bad i don't live any closer to you guys, it be fun to go to a revver bros get together.
Their's also the problem of im only 16 and really don't have the extra cash to make it down there. (And i blame that on my planes!!)

Crash-D: Good for you! 16 eh? Good times man... When I was 16 I had been flying for 4 years and was DIRT POOR! LOL

If you have a Patriot AND a Mach racer then you are in good shape... The Patriot is, I believe, the finest sport-speed aircraft ever made (When Jett-50 or 60LX powered that is)

I flew my WHip with the Jett-50 a couple times and it was INSANE! A Jett-60LX RE would be optimum IMHO-

Cheers!

Fly what you got and just have fun! You have a great outlook so I hope you stay in the hobby for years to come...

My dad is 81 years old and we still go flying together... 25 years (on and off) and it is even more rewarding today than when I was 12--- I even have my dad flying those 3D foamies... He flies them like trainers but he smiles ear to ear EVERY TIME!

To this day when we fly 'til dark he says, "time for a nice sun-down ceremony" - I swear the older he gets the more it means to me... he is still "16" at heart!

Take care kid-

Wow! My dad fly's with me and all but heh, not quite to that point yet. He has a Easy sport i trained him on and he flies the heck out of that and thats all he flies. I tried to get him to finish one of the kits he has but hes just content with that easy sport.
I have alot of 3d foamies/electrics and i plan on getting the Giles 202 UL from Ultra RC. But thats going to cost me close to a grand. But heck it should be worth it. It will cause a small break in my speed planes but an occasional break is good right? Don't need to lose all my insanity just yet! http://www.ultrarc.com/giles/index.htm

The 3D is fun. And hacking's just a waste of time.

No sir this is an RC Pylon machine. Not terribly fast 50-60 but a hoot non the less. Look in the 1/2a forum under reedie race or 30day red alert to see the crew. I like these guys as much as anyone. Tomorrow will be event #4 I hope to bring home a little metal tomorrow.

FBD, that thing looks like an instant cure for ED[sm=tongue_smile.gif] I have some plans for the pushy cat, a similar airframe only smaller and for LiPos. I am gettin geeked more an more as the day gets closer. My fam & neighbors think I am nuts to make the trip...I don't get it.

KMOT- What are you thinking? Geesh... Get that Shrike ARF ready!!

Okay here is a brain teaser for ya then-

It takes 3 men 3 hours to dig 3 holes, how long would it take 1 man to dig 1/2 of a hole?
