Is anybody else having a problem uploading an Avatar? I have tried several times over the past couple weeks and every time I try to upload it I get a page cannot be displayed error after i select the file to upload.
If I put a larger file in (one that's too big) it gives me the proper error page saying the file's too large but when I use the correct file size I get the error page.
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if RCU has a problem. I also can't find a support email address anywhere?
Thanks

tuwood,
Got mine working. Looks like there is a file size limit of 7kb, and also a dimension size limit. BTY don't forget to go to the bottom of the page and click OK after you have sucessfully browsed for and loaded your avatar.
Regards,
airroy

I'm having a problem now too. I tried to upload my plain image from photo impression and that said to large. So I went to paint and resized (100x100 pixles) and it gives me the error page. What's up?

First, here is a detailed description of the process:

If you've made it through that process checking that your internet connection is not timing out or stalling is first. If the connection is not interupted, check if there is a pop-blocker or firewall stopping your progress?
What exactly is the error you're seeing?

Ok... not to beat a dead horse, but I am having the avatar upload problem as well.. I have sized this thing waaaaaaay down, it is 77x80 and 4k and it still wont go. I get 500 internal errors, file too large etc. I have done the clear the cache thing, I have tried from about 4 different computers, I have turned off firewalls, eliminated routers, etc...
