Hope someone can help me with this. I have a Futaba 16IZ radio trying to link a Futaba R3106GF receiver where it repeatedly fails. I created a new model, switched to T-FHSS, then run the link procedure. although the light on the receiver goes from red to flashing red to solid green it never connects, and gives a failed message. I found that that receiver is compatible withFutaba radios that have the T-FHSS mode and i confirmed that the radio is in that mode. Any help would be appreciated.

This is from the manual for the RX you are using
The R3106GF uses the T-FHSS Air (T6L Sport : Mono directional) system so if used
with another T-FHSS Air transmitter le.a. T10J. T6K). then the ID of the R3106GF
receiver will not be shown on the transmitter's display. A "NO LINK" indication or
the ID of a previously linked T-FHSS Air receiver will be shown. Nevertheless, if the
LED on the R3106GF displays a steady green light it is linked with a transmitter.
(Telemetry can not be used on the R3106GF.)

Thanks for the info. I found that after eliminating the ESC and attaching 6v and a servo to the receiver It did link and function. No receiver ID as the quote states, but it is working. Thanks again.
