I currently have 6EXA FM 72mhz/ch#32; using 127 DF 72mhz RXs & Standard Servos in all my planes; what 7 C radio is compatable with all this: 7CAF, 7CAP, 7CHF and what about PCM and/or PPM and how is this compatible with the FM 72mhz; a little confused.

To start, "FM" is what people commonly call "PPM" transmissions to distinguish them from PCM transmissions.
All of the 7C-series transmitters are compatible with your R127Df receiver. The 7CAP and 7CAF come with default airplane programming, the 7CHP and 7CHF come with default heli programming. The arrangement of toggle switches is slightly different to suit the needs of airplane and heli fliers. the "P" and "F" mean that a "PCM" or "FM" receiver comes as part of the package.
Basically, though, whether the transmitter is an "airplane" or "heli" transmitter, or is "PPM" or "PCM", the software is exactly the same in all versions of the 7C transmitter. The default type only dictates what comes up the first time it's powered-up, or the type of model that comes up when you go to a new, unused model memory. Once you've reset them to a different type, that's what will remain.

Much clearer; would the 7 CAP be better to get than the 7 CAF if I had to make a choice between the two? And since I am in the market to upgrade my radio I am also considering a 9 Channel; is the 9 CAP or 9 CAF also compatable with the R127DF receivers and standard servos that I have in all my planes, additional how does the Super 9C fit in with all this; I plan on using a Gyro on rudder to help with take offs on a few of my planes; which radio will best be suited for Gyro use. Thanks For the Help

All current Futaba FM transmitters are compatible with all current Futaba FM receivers, except the new R5014DPS receiver, which is the PCM2048 receiver for the 14MZ. It makes no difference whether the receiver is PCM or PPM. If transmitter is PCM, then it will operate all Futaba PCM receivers. If it's PPM, then it will operate all PPM receivers.
The 9C Super has a few added functions over the 9C, mostly in the glider section.
A gyro can be used with almost any transmitter that has an extra auxiliary channel or two.
