Default 9z saving freq and ppm-pcm settings

I have a 9zapwc2. I have 7 planes in memory. When I select a new plane that is on different channel, or pcm-ppm setting, I have to manually change both settings. Am I doing something wrong? You would think that each models saved memory settings would include the channel it is on, and the correct ppm-pcm settings.

Hi rameleni1,

This is a feature of the radio and not something you are doing wrong. If you create a model in PPM, go to another model that is in PCM, you will need to change this to PCM.

I hope you find this information helpful. You can also reach our Futaba support technical team at 217-398-8970, or via fax at 217-398-7721.

Sincerely,

Thanks, that's what everyone is telling me. You also have to cycle the power for the setting to work. You didn't explain if the new plane is also on a different channel, if it automaticly changes to the channel set for the plane. Mine does not. Is there somewhere to save this, or do I have to change this manually also?
