Default Gas engine question

Planning on moving up to gas engine rc planes just purchased a 70in Katana 26 to 30cc. Just wanted know what engine to go with? What would you recommend and why? I'm thinking either DLE or Brison but I really don't know. Please help. Thanks

Right now the most popular 30cc engine is the DLE 30 If you want Made in USA go with the Syssa 30cc

How does the Syssa, or even the DLE, stack up against a RCGF? I ask because right now I've got a RCGF 26cc in my ESM P-51, but I'm thinking I'd like a little more power. I've been considering the RCGF 32cc.

I think the DLA 32 is a good engine if you could find someone in the US selling them.

Would it be too much to put the 55cc DLE on a 29 to 30cc plane? What guys think? Thanks again.

TBM says DLE 30s are in stock

Viper,
The smallest Brison is a 2.4 or 40cc, a little to big for that plane IMO. It would work and it's a great engine but a little heavy for the airframe,
I have one in my Ziroli 70" p-47, I'm thinking of going smaller because it's more than the plane needs too

good luck

A little much, plus just adding weight to your wing load.

DLE 30 or the MT35 - MT is a std beam mount like a glow engine, just as powerful as the DLE 30. DLE55 way too big.....

Well, I've got no problem with my RCGF 26cc...I was just wondering if the others were better, that's all.
