Default DLE-20 Gas / Oil Mixture

Looking for folks who have DLE's who can share with me their Gas / Oil Mixture ratios and types of Fuel and 2 Cycle oil they use.

I have a used DLE-20 that is supposedly broke in. Owners manual says:

For optimum performance please use fresh or recently purchased 93 octane gasoline (87 octane gasoline will suffice) with a 30:1 gas/oil mixture.
GAS/OIL Mixing Chart 1 Gallon Gasoline (128 floz/3.78L) / 2-Cycle Oil
(4.26floz/125.68ml) = 30:1 ratio

I plan on using premium gasoline as most everything around here has Ethanol in it.

For the oil I was thinking of using Amsoil 2 Cycle.

As the instructions say, use 30:1.

Cheers

I use 32:1 and stay away from Amsoil unless you want to be buying another 20cc engine

The 20cc engines will sling the crank pin on anything less

I use 30:1 redline oil on my dle engines and 40:1 on my DA engines. Redline works excellent

Why are you thinking of using Amsoil?

The DLE 20 must always and forever be 30:1 or it will loose the crank pn.
