I am planning to build a Palmer 132" C-130. I want to get some ideas on the size engines to use. I see many people using .25's on the smaller C-130 versions.
Would 4 OS .52 four strokes be too little power?

My opinion is .25’s will be too small for a 132” span C 130.
I am flying .25’s on an 8-pound Cherokee twin and the power is about right. I am flying .40’s on another 10-pound twin and the power is more than enough. I have had two .25’s on a 10 1/2 pound twin and the power was marginal. I recently acquired a 91” C 130 wing and believe .25’s will be approximately correct if the all up weight is less than 20 pounds.
Hope the information helps.
Bill
