If a old Quadra 80 motor turns a two-blade 24X10 prop, what size three-blade could it turn? And now the big question, who makes them?

Rule of thumb is you drop 1 size in diameter and increase one in pitch. There usually are no odd sizes in large props so you would go to a 22 x 12. variable pitch is ok! Try R & D for wood props that are on a metal hub, each prop is seperate. Or Desert Aircraft for Carbon like Meijlik.

Mendes is correct, change one or the other but not both. Dan, if you want a really beautiful prop call Tonaya, pronounced Tonya, at Fox and talk to her about a PK plus prop, I think she can get any size. I got a three blade 16x11 for my RCV .90, it's a work of art.

Menz makes wood 3-blade props, Mejzlik, Fuchs, Engel, Air-Models, Cleveland Cyclonics, and Bolly make carbon fiber 3-blade props.
