Default KB 48 bearing replacement


How do you get the crankshaft out of the bearings ?. I want to replace the bearings. Have done lots of other engines but this one is a mystery ! Thanks for any help

I think you need to remove the head/cylinder and sneak the connecting rod/piston out the top. Mecoa should have some instructions/exploded view of the engine.

Thanks for the help. I could not get the drive washer (or whatever you call it) off the crankshaft. Finally put some heat on it and it broke loose. The crank dropped right out.
