Default MX Pro seesaw ?

Does the seesaw use 1 or 2 screws and spacer to hold it to the main head. Diagram shows 1. I crashed and broke the main head where the screw (s) goes through only recovered 1 screw and spacer

It needs one on each side. You can get them from Tower, but if you have $35 lying around go for the bearing head instead. It's a lot nicer because it doesn't have the standoffs to wear out and bind.
