RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
I would like too know what the weight is between the maxx and savy. They feel pretty close when I hold each one. I have the old .15 maxx , but it has ext chassis, .21 , wider a arms and alot of other stuff. I will try and get some action pics up tonight of both..

IT's been a long wait, but finally i've got a Screw set and put my savvy back together.
Only this time, it has LST Shocks, 3 speed Tranny and 47T spur
What'cha think?

The newest skin for my XL length trucks. It was supposed to be candy apple red with pearl white stripes. When I backed the colors with the silver paint as I painted the front bumper, my pearl became silver too and my candy lost its luster. It was fun anyway.... Bud

I did not like that new Chevy body when they first came out, but it kind of grows on ya. Good looking truck, I never thought to leave the bed clear... watch and learn I guess... Bud

Imo I really don't like what Chevy and Ford have done to their vehicles with the grilles/fronts. They are becoming so damn huge they look like an A1 Abrams tank... Very nice trucks you guys have though, Midget that Savage looks great man but you are really in need of an EXT body lol.

RE: PICS OF YOUR SAVAGES !!
Ya I like that idea of a clear bed..Well I got the savvy on the track after a smooth break in and I could not be happier. It wheelies alot easier than my maxx. Kinda cool working the gas so not too flip over... I did put a hpi 12oo mah hump pack for the rx and a futaba high torque servo and the steering is a bit more responsive with 6 volts { I used rechargable AA's in the maxx rx with a similar steering servo } The savvy shocks dont seem as smooth as my traxxas big bores but I havent had time too go through the savvy shocks and try some stuff. I like the way hpi puts this truck together, I have had a nitro rs4 for a few years and it was fun too run, really tough I thought for parking lot ripping it was perfect..Im too lazy now too want to drive somewhere and run it. I spoiled myself with the track. The other thing I was impressed with was the traction of the pin tires.. last time I had pin tires was about 10 years ago on a electric stadium truck, I never thought about pins for the truck before becouse i thought they would wear out to fast.. I have run atleast 10 tanks of fuel after the break in tanks and the tires show very little wear.. Im getting some for the maxx soon,I love the baja tires but they have no grip sideways on hard pack.. Here some shots.........
