thx choppa. is it me or does everyones truck upon driving in the snow,slowly starts to freez up and not work right.after my first snow run i could swear i broke something major,the wheels were locked up and it wouldnt move,thawed it out and everything was fine.and my shocks freeze up and hardly work.but i love it out in the snow.
tomorrows agenda includes making a snow ramp off piles of plowed snow,im going big and will prolly break a few things tomorrow.
nice snow ride you have yourself,choppa
:this just in we are suppose to get more snow tomorrow(woot woot)should have a foot of snow by the end of the week(need me some paddles)

[sm=lol.gif] I remember the days of playing in the snow with my savage's.....ahh good times.
PS the best snow tire is studded tires....paddle's suck up front for steering...as they do very little of it.

Studded tires......2 options....both have been through Tank after tank of ballooning and i have NEVER lost a lug or a screw...they will CHEW right through the snow down to the grass or pavement...they will also Shoot sparks if you get them spinning fast enough.

thats what I did to my power wheels jeep when we put a Traxxas Stampede motor in it...thing couldnt get any traction what so ever.

Always remember when doing this mod that safety is a priority. Make sure the bolts are secured well, so they don't come flying out at your forehead faster than bullets

I hate gorilla glue, that stuff foams all over the place if you're not careful...

I never used any Glue to hold my studs in....crazy I know...but honestly when i did beat on savy's in the snow...i took those tires to the EXTREME and back...playing on a Ice skating rink...those ****'s would get Ballooned SOOOO BIG....you honesly thought they were dinner plates...and i have Never EVER even seen a stud move....I predrilled with a 1/16 bit then screwed her in.....the one's from the Inside have lost their Razor edge they used to have.....but they still work like a charm.....

Oic now i see!!! hehe...
So I was out doing donuts with my savage today and I was doing them in reverse and then out of now where the engine just revs up really really super high! and I was like SH** I just blew my tranny... and i checked the gears in the tranny and they are fine... so now i think they are the gears in the reverse module... No bueno...
