Add-on #3 has some bugs
Hi.. Just got a downloaded version of add-on CD3. The problem I'm finding is that with the true scale aircraft the AN3 bi-plane has no reaction other that to raise the sound volume of the engine when throttle is applied???? the aircraft
does not move at all. The other planes seem to be fine other than the VERY slow reaction to slow throttle settings. I have to cut the throttle and then fly a circut or two while the engine winds down on rpm.
Have you been getting any others with this same problem?? I have only the origanal AFPD CD with the add-on disk that comes with the deal plus add on # 3 from a download. I have no other downloads of planes or anything thing else. I have tried 5 times to erase all information and re-load but the AN3 bi-plane does not seem to work. The control surfaces work but like I said.give it throttle and it just sits there. All other true scale aircraft seem to work.

The card should be OK. With regard to the AN3, pls check if you have the wheel brakes on? Pls check what channel is assigned to the wheel brake function and if you have assigned it to a keyboard key or a radio switch. You will need to calibrate the switch or key too.

O.K....I got the AN2 to work???? I have no idea what was causing the problem before. There are some features in the program that I didn't know were there before. I do know that some of the key board commands don't work. I think this is due to the key board being wireless, but only a couple of the commands like the "page up/down with the arrow keys. That feature doesn't work on my system for some reason. But there again maybe I'm doing something wrong. I will play with it for awhile before conntacting you again.
One strange thing is...When I change the the planes the AN2 will be in one spot on the selection window and the in another at a different time. Like it is usually the first plane in the upper left corner of the selection window, then it may be located in the middle of the window another time?????????? Strange stuff .
