JetCat Telemetry

Has anyone experienced problems with the Jetcat Telemetry dropping out during start-up. If so, is there a way to correct this?
I have the same problem on 3 JetCat turbines (2 x P180RX & P90RXi), all of which have their own JetCat telemetry adapter installed.
The turbines have ECU firmware V10.4E and the adapter is at 8.10.
I’m using a Jeti DS24 Tx on all 3 jets.

I haven’t received a response to my previous post, so I thought I would explain the problem in more detail.
I am able to setup and display the JetCat telemetry on my Jeti Tx. Everything works as it should, a total of 12 parameters are available to be displayed on my P180RX. However, during startup the telemetry drops out and stops reading any further data. i.e. the data locks up.
I have since developed a work around solution which is to have the GSU connected during start-up (which I normally do). When the telemetry drops out, I go to the “Limits” menu and scroll through until the Telemetry page is displayed. Here I found the telemetry version number has gone from V8.10 to an empty field. By pressing “Change Value”, the version number is reinstated and the telemetry starts to work again. My experience has been that it only occurs during start-up and once reinstated the telemetry seems to work fine. I’ve also been made aware that another person has the same problem on a Futaba 18MZ.
It would be appreciated if you could let me know if you’re aware of the problem,or if your JetCat telemetry adapter is working properly, as the cause may simply be my setup. e.g. the order in which I’ve connected the JetCat adapter, I/O board and GSU (I’ve tried a few combos).
Thanks for your help.

George, we are using the JetCat telemetry in Heli's with Futaba 18MZ and no problems now.
What version are you using ?
The early ones came in a simple wrapper and dropped out very easily.
The later versions are now in a moulded case and have not had any problems since changing over.
If you have the early version, JetCat will change it over.

modtron,
Thanks for your response.
I’m pleased to hear that your telemetry is working fine. It gives me hope!
I am using the latest JetCat telemetry adapter which is in a black molded case.
I purchased 3 adapters and had them replaced because the GSU would lock out. Fortunately, the replacement adapters fixed the GSU issue.
Are you able to advise your ECU firmware version and the adapter version?
