Tom is the 10 meter roll wider, if that's the case then that's the best way to go, could be a price difference also. I have had the 26" wide 5 meter roll and it has it's limits.

One ten meter roll, vs two, five meter rolls, allows more options for cuts, with less waste when running to the end of the roll.

Two, five meter rolls should have less waste than five, two meter rolls, etc.

As far as I'm aware, all rolls are the same width.

I like the ordering the bigger rolls you can't beat having one single roll of covering. It a great way of insuring you don't run into a color various between smaller rolls which I have seen happen. It also gives you a little protection from unanticipated hanger rash or transport SNAFUs.

Yes, plenty of power and the stock exhaust fits it very well.

Sorry for kicking the dust on this old thread but I love that color scheme! I'm thinking of building this plane next and I wanted to use a vintage off white and other color.

I see you used blind nuts in the firewall, with no access to the back of the upper blind nut how did you go about fastening the DLE stand-offs ?

Thanks
Bill

I'm not Vincent, but this is how I've got my Cub. I will probably cut the heads off and red Loctite the studs.

Being you moved the firewall back 17/32 (which I also did) did it move the thrust line, because if I follow the original thrust line on the plans using the the DLE-35RA Mounting Pattern the upper holes are very high on the firewall. (I also used a 1/2" firewall). I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you
