Started my fuselage last night by taking the left and right sides and clamped and pin together( squared up the front and the wing area as best as I could get them) then I sanded every where the did not match up, not a lot of sanding to make the sides the same. The problem that I have is one side is out of square, center line is good . the area that is out is from the back of the wing to the tail, I check with the square every 2'' and it is all good. How can I correct this? I'm going try to add some pics Thanks PUB

Millsap< the kit I have is a Midwest , dated !992,I don't know anyone who has built this ,this is something that I wanted to for years and just started a couple of months ago. I thought that there were builders that could give me a answer or a direction as to what to do. So sorry I can not give you a answer at this time Thanks pub

PUB the photos on your thread look like the same build proces exactly maybe a copycat . My kit is about 2 years old bought it at a swap meet 50$ alot of light if light ply on fuse what is the final waight supos to be .My instructions dont tell me, Looks like it builds hevy .Had to go on line to get instruction manuel but it came with good plans and good hardware all gp stuff i think.I have not started it yet still working in a 25 size taylorcraft bulding a bush plane with floats kinda detailed doors and full detail in side.
