The only Fieseler Storch kit in production that I am aware of, which I happen to have, is the Mantua kit (Italian), 2meter wingspan, it has some concessions to scale to make it easier particularly the undercarriage struts, and the foam wings are too heavy from a dense foam covered in card so when I get around to building it I will replace these with built-up.
Very few full-size Storches remain, you probably know of the one in Fantasy of Flight near Kissimee though I am very doubtful of Kermit's claims about his Storch's history.

Thanks for reply -
I met with Kermit for a couple of hours when I went to his exhibits.
He was nice enough to go through the Storch from prop to tail feathers and showed me some interesting documentation.
He then rolled the plane out and flew it for the people out there.
That was impressive!!
If I don't find a suitable kit, He said he would give me a suitable three view and I'll scratch build one.
Now there is an American designer that can supply plans for a 83 and 92 WS. I don't have that info at my fingertips but when I do, do you want the address. No foam, all built-up and I believe he can also supply lazer cut parts.
Let me know -

Turnkey RC list a Storch kit
http://www.turnkeyrc.com/
Up date us if you build it. I'm a fan of the plane as well
and might want to build one.

Harold Osborne drew a set of Storch plans in 70" for a .40. I bought a semikit of it about two years ago on the old RCO. The plans are very nice, and it's your typical stringer and former construction. I recently saw a set on ebay go for $15. The link to the auction is:

I think this seller may have the rights to produce copies of the plans, as I've seen him selling alot of Osbourn'e drawings.
