I apologize to all if my wording in an earlier post suggested that the amount of glue to use for a fillet should resemble, in size, a piece of triangular stock.

If you glue all the joints properly then all you are doing by adding fillets is adding uneccessary weight! Very big issue with Giant and Monster Warbirds with high wing loads already.
