Send me a PM and I have what you need.
Scanned plans and tracings of the parts.
That mostly to others here at the brotherhood that I've compiled from.
I am also still working on the cadd file for all the parts. Cadd file is done, just need to send it to a cutter to make sure it goes together.

Arne,
There is a wealth of info in this forum. I too needed help to rebuild a crashed Ultimate and the very helpful guys sent all the drawings that I needed.
I have included some of these so that you don’t need to look through all the posts.

I hope that the three attachments below are a starting point

Next question rises...
Does anyone have the original ABS cowl and/or wheel pants and is willing to part from them?
I don't mind when they are used, damaged or cut.
I looked at the fibreglass cowl from fibreglass specialies but I don't like the air intakes, sorry...

Hi All,
Just bought a GP ultimate 40 from a club member to get me in the air and I am scratch building the CG Ultimate 90 from original plans. Just downloaded the formers above which is a great help. I am drafting in cad the lite ply sides, top and bottom and am modeling/checking them in Autodesk inventor for fit in a 3D model. I will also check the formers at that time and will post when complete as a .pdf.
Would like to join the Brotherhood
Thanks, Rich G.

Wauw, that's great Rich!
It definitely is a lot of work to check and/or redraw but I would be very happy if you're willing to share it with us...
Is it possible to make the cad-files available too?

Ill second the request for cad files! have access to a large format printer at work with Autocad so it would be sweet if i were able to print directly.
Now i just need to get work to buy a laser cutter next!!

Good evening! I have a Carl Goldberg ultimate kit that has been started that I would like to sell. The bottom wing has been started and the tail feathers are done. Needs instruction manual. But I'm asking $200 plus shipping! Email for fastest reply! [email protected]

It is Just the Airplane Balsa right ? I don't need plans for it But, it seems High for the Kit alone. Is it as Big as a (Nobler) or Bigger Mono wing correct.I Love those C.G. Kits! Easy to Build !!

Abott and GrayGoose
Looks like the initial copies of the formers and plans have come a long way. I don't know if the package has been updated in a while but the one I had contained everything including the fuse copies thanks to some of the people here. I'd like to update it with the cad files when available.
Thanks all..... and let me know if anyone wants the pack as I have it.

ThenderBoat42,
I bought replacement parts for a wing and fuse through the phone in the original manual about two years ago. The ribs were laser cut and the fuse foremers looked like cnc router so they have the ability to do the kit, at least back then...

One just went. For $250 on Ebay
My last one I paid $250 + $30 shipping but is is pristene and complete.
GPP says they will not likely ever reintroduce the kit. When they bought CG the tooling was worn out and too expensive to retool.
I know a laser cutter it they would sell the hardware/plans and allow him to cut/supply the wood. Probably a. Long shot so just snatching kits I find. This is my favorite kit along with the Eaglet 50
