I've been posting alot lately. My engine is running great. It can idle for minutes, accelerate strong, and it never bogs down. I have one problem, when ever it gets under 1/2 of a tank of gas, it will stall. I cant get it started after that. Whats the problem? I have know clue what it could be.

make sure the gasket on the tank is good, and check your fuel line for holes and also check your tank to holes, there might be a small hole in ur tank and once the fuel gets below that hole the tank wont hold a vacucum so it cant suck the gas.........

I'm guessing that fuel won't go into the carb after it stalls? If that is the case you are having a vapor lock problem, too much heat in the carb body and it boils off the fuelas it gets there. Not necessarily running lean but try richening the HSN an hour or two. Again, if this is the problem make sure you have good air flow to the engine, no mud clod stuck in the fins, etc.

I'm with Grits - you're running too lean to begin with. An R/C will lean out a bit as the tank empties. And if you are already too lean this will exacerbate the situation. Try pulling the glow plug and checking out the coil. If the coil is slightly distorted (shape wise) then that is definately the problem.
