The powers that be, are allowing me toget sucker punched to death. I have a story to tell, and cannot tell it. I have been told, in so many wordsthat there is no place for me to tell my side of the story or let any of you know what has been done to me. Where is the fairness in that? I thought that was what this country stood for. I am dissapointed that i have not been afforded an audience to address this issue. I thought that we were supposed to warn each other about the liabilities, so that no one gets ambushed, the way I did. Maybe I have missed something. If there is a forum on this site for getting screwed, lied to, backstabbed, bent over,and/or b***h slapped where you can actually tell someone about it,thatI have missed, someone needs to tell me please. How do you tell the difference between a liar and and honest man, with no faces, and no story??</p>

Please do not use this forum to air grevences against other members. There are tools provided in the marketplace for this specific function.

Please submit a complaint against the other member using the form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace. This will open a formal complaint and allow our staff to track the situation.

I Pm'd you and explained to you exactly what has happened. You have refused to remove this retaliatory feedback. You have put your " there are two sides to every story" rule in effect. He says that nothing was wrong with the heli, that's a lie, and I can prove it. He says that I am mad about another ad. That's just stupid, and I have emails to prove otherwise. You are allowing him to keep stacking wrongs on top of the wrongs he has already done. You are not being fair about this. If you won't do anything about this, then give me mytime to shine. I can promise you, I will show you the truth. Stop letting this mansucker punch me.The only way that i can prove that I am telling the truth is to call him out. This is the only option that you have left me. You already know that I have filed a complaint against this member. Now, not only has he given me bad feedback, but has filed a complaint against me as well. I know for a fact that he is not telling the truth. I have the pictures to prove it. Our conversation via email will prove that he has lied about everything he has said so far. I don't appreciate being painted into a corner, with nowhere to go. I need to tell my side of the story. Instead of just ignoring me as you have. You should at least look at the emails between us, and the pictures of the damages. It is not fair to be done this way, and not be allowed to clear my good name. My ratings are important to me. I cannot allow this member to tarnish them out of spite. Give me my opportunity to tell everyone my side of the story, and better yet, prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. This is all I ask......TD

Also, as far as posting the emails. I know how to do that now. If you look on this forum there are others that have voiced thier opinons about what others have done to them. I don't see where you have said this to them. This is the reason why i chose this forum, is because i saw those posts. Stop holding me back. Give me an email, or tell me to send you the whole story via PM. You can't leave this in purgatory. You have to let one or the other prove this one way or the other. I feel hurt by the way that you have handled this situation. I know the rules. Please don't qoute them to me. I am not asking you to get in between this. But, the only that you can make a fair and informed decision is to allow someone to show you proof. anyone on this site, or any other site would agree. After all of the lying and cheating that has happened here. It is only fair that this story be told to all the other members, if not anything , a warning......

If you will check your ratings, you will see the rating the seller posted to your account has been removed. In fact, it was removed two days ago, April 23. The only rating which remains is the one you posted to his account, and the rebuttal he posted to it. Neither of these are reflected in your account however.

The complaint you filed against the seller remains open and will stay in that state until the seller resolves the issue. So long as the complaint is open, there is a warning noted in every ad posted by the seller stating an unresolved complaint has been filed against them. This in itself is a warning to others that they may want to reconsider doing business with that seller.

If you check your account, you will also see the complaint the seller filed against you has in fact been closed. Again, there are NO bad marks anywhere on your account.

I am afraid I do not see how you are being treated unfairly by this site or its staff. The rating posted against you has been removed.

The only time we permit specific people being called out in the forums is if the person has been added to our scammers list. This seller has not been, and for the time being, will not be, added to that list. This situation is still considered as being unresolved and both you and he need to continue to try to work with each other to find a solution.

I understand what you have said. And I do apologize for pointing the finger at the management. I am simply upset that he has been allowed to keep up this sharade, and get this far with it. I did'nt even know that they had been removed, until right before I responded here, nor did I expect it to be without me having to prove it. My PM's were never responded to, and the last time I checked, it was still there. In any case, I am eternally grateful, because I know that I did not desreve that rating. I take pride in the fact that i deal with everyone with honesty and respect, and therefore, I never worry about getting a bad rating. I only end up dealing with this rating issue when someone deliberately sends me something that was not agreed upon, or damaged, or in this case, both. Again I am grateful that my rating has been restored, but I am dissapointed that the members of this site still have to deal with this member in any capacity. After what he has done, it is not enough that he gets to draw back into the shadows. Had my side of the story been told, everyone would have a clear picture of who he really is, and the lenghts he will go to lie, cheat,and destroy.................TD

Your side of the story has been read, and reviewed, by our staff. It is for that reason the rating posted against you was removed. Your approval to remove a rating posted against you is not required. Should it be?

RCUniverse does not allow the airing of grievances between members to be posted in the forums. We have tried to allow such discussions in the past and found that instead of having a positive effect, just the opposite would occur. Many times those directly involved in the dispute would fall back on name calling and other unproductive activities. People not involved in the dispute would pick sides and make statements as to why. Again, nothing productive would happen but it did create a huge mess for our moderators to try and manage.

Instead, we developed a ratings and complaint system where both sides could state their side of the story to whatever level of detail they desired, and our staff would review it and make an informed and unbiased decision on what, if anything, we needed to do in order to protect the integrity of the site and its members. Sometimes, we find one party to be at fault and take action. Other times, the best action we can take is to stay out of it and allow the buyer and seller to continue to work through the issues. In this situation, the decision was made to remove the rating posted against your account as it was found you did nothing wrong. The rating you posted on the sellers account has remained.

You should know the seller sent an email to report you for wrong doing. I personally responded to it pointing out how the title of the ad is just as important as the description and photos. He advertised the helicopter to include "PARTS" which he failed to ship to you. Whether or not the title was posted in mistake is immaterial. He advertised one thing, and delivered something less. I explained that heis responsible for correcting that problem, not you and that you did nothing wrong.

As you can see, you have not been wronged by this site and your story has been told. You have posted a rating which appears to be truthful and accurate. You reported the seller through the appropriate means. Those who needed to see your story have, and found in your favor.
