Default Editing an ad

I went in and edited my ad, including changing the price. The changes don't show up on the listing however. How long does it take to update?

Listing changes normally show up right away,,,

if it's your jet @$1900,, you can't edit the ad while you have a pending offer

I see you have two listings for the same plane,,,,you need to reject that pending offer, close the ad and only have one listing per item (site rules)

good luck

Ads can be edited whether there is a pending offer or not. Ads cannot be edited after an offer has been accepted and the ad marked Sold.

Once an ad is edited, and resubmitted, it may take up to 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected in the live ad.

I thought you had to reject the pending offers before you could edit the ad. Seams to me a few years ago I got a notice like that when I tried to edit an ad. I apologize if I 'm mistaken.

Being able to edit an ad in the with a pending offer seams crazy. You could change what's included in the sale, then accept the offer? just doesn't seam right

You can edit an ad with a pending offer. This is so corrections can be made where needed. What you cannot do is modify an ad after you have accepted an offer.

Currently, we do not allow members to revise their ads, due to misuse/scamming. However, you can post a response to your ad that others will be able to see.

Thumbs up editing my existing ads

I have several things in one ad and they start to sell so I would like to remove them or mark them a sold. I guess I'll have to mark the ad as SOLD, do a copy and paste with contents edit the content and post a new picture at the same time. Really handey way of running a rail road

Why don't you just make multiple ads?

Good suggestion, I will take the time to list every small item in a aid so it gets lost in the shuffle, thanks.

This is why RCU is a dying entity when it should be flourishing. In less that a week of being on the site again I have come to hate it . I will let the ads run out and find a better way and a better site. whiskey tango foxtrot ?

When I listed my ad I wanted it to be for sale. Not Wanted. How do I change that.

While it's not possible to change the category of the ad, I have amended the title to include "FOR SALE"
