Dear Nitroplanes Support,
Can you please look into what has happened to my order # 291580? I placed it on 12-21 at 3:19am PST. Nitroplanes sent me an email confirmation indicating that it shipped via USPS later on 12-21 at 2:38pm PST. Since I live in Southern California, it should’ve been here in 2-4 day, tops, even with the extra holiday mail traffic. Can you please look into this for me, or possibly just send me another item, since the original has obviously been lost in the mail, or was never shipped?
Thank you for your assistance,
Joseph

Hi John,
Thanks for getting back to me about my missing parts order.
Instead of a refund, how about sending me two (2) of this part: http://www.nitroplanes.com/t021.html (swash plate anti rotation guide) which will cost about the same as my missing landing gear?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Joseph

Dear Nitroplanes Support,
The person who processed my order neglected to read my note (accompanying my order), which clearly and reasonably asked that Nitroplanes not bill my credit card if my items were not in stock. The item was in fact not in stock, but Nitroplanes went ahead and billed $20.96 to my credit card (ending in the numbers 4381), anyway.
After many failed attempts, I finally got a hold of someone at Nitroplanes (a couple of weeks ago), who said he would issue a credit of $20.96 back to my MasterCard right then and there; yet I still have not received any such credit.
This is not about the money, but rather, the principle of the matter:
1) Nitroplanes should not have listed an item on their website as being in stock when it was on backorder.
2) Nitroplanes should not have charged my credit card for an item that was not in stock.
3) Nitroplanes should've immediately issued a credit.
I am very close to reporting this incident to MasterCard as a fraud, and letting the authorities sort it out.
I will give Nitroplanes one last chance to make this right. It only took 3 days for a charge to debit my account, so I would expect that it shouldn't take more than that for a credit to post.

Strange.
I'm always charged only when an item is in stock and about to ship.
If you'd like help on this, try PM'ing John instead.
What's the point of issuing an Ultimatum though?

I'm sorry about this and it's our mistake. Spare parts sometimes are hard to control. Your refund is on its way. I was waiting for your PM to choose another parts and I'll even upgrade if you like but I got no response from you.

I guess everybody has their breakign point. Perhaps you are more patient than I am. You also assume you know the whole story, which you do not. I have been more than reasonable, courteous, and patient for over six weeks, and have had a half a dozen conversations with different people at Nitroplanes. I have been assured by 3 different email or phone reps, on 3 different occasions, that I would receive a credit for the missing order, and yet I still hve no refund. Why would I assume at this point that I am going to get a refund? I don't know of any other company that does business this way, and if you consider this type of business practice acceptable, then by all means help yourself. As for me, this is unacceptable, I am justifyably disgruntled.

John appears to have already taken care of your problem, it seems.
