getting the run around from these people on this canopy. original was damaged, then was charged 30.00 for new one, that one is damaged still waiting for new one they say it was shipped have no proof. tey have given me to different ups track #,s both invalid. really frustrated at this point, after all the chatting online with customer service now they want me to call there customer service long distance at my expense again, so they can give me somemore runaround. think i will just contact bbb, and also warn all the local fly clubs not to order from them.

Hey, geo, Have you got ahold of John? He's their "go to" guy when you have troubles with Nitro. It seems like they are having more & more troubles. It's almost like John is the only one that can speak English. I've not seen anybody else's name do anything. I've got a couple of their planes & had no real problems. The instructions are almost useless, & with all ARFs I always double up the glue where I can reach. It seems like an awfully lot of complaints, but people still buy from them. They ARE cheap prices, no doubt about that. Overall they seem to have a fairly good product but their customer service sucks !!!! Good luck !!

does anyone have any suggestions about the cg on the katana s120 . the plane has a saito 180 slimeline pitts exaust and 16x8 apc prop. the manual says 242mm out from the center of the fuselage and 100-120mm back from the leading edge of wing, with the larger engine and exhaust i was expecting it to be nose heavy, but it is extremely tail heavy even with a 3000mh 7.4v lipo pack sitting right on the spinner. all the other electronics is forward of the cg which does not consist of any significant weight , does anyone else have this cmp model or does any one know if this cg is correct, or does anyone have any suggestions</p>
