Default Ordered product problems

This is for Nitro Planes Support, Hope I'm in the right place, new at this.
Just received order yhst-17210252890263-59135 and have a couple of problems. The Ventus-2HX vertical stablizer is not perpendicular to the wing tube, it is several degrees off. I guess this had to happen in the molding process. It makes it unusable, as it would definitly fly in circles.
The 50cc YAK seems to be fine other than the manual worked it's way in between the decals and their backer sheet and mated with them permenantly, makeing the decals useless.
I sent an e-mail, and tried to call several times to no answer, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Jon

Regarding my order yhst-17210252890263-59252 from Nitro Model R C Planes of a Super Low Wing Trainer 40. I received this order and started inventory and ironing out some bubbles. On the right wing half the torque rod was put on at the factory incorrectly causing the aileron to bind on the wing. At first I though they had been glued together. The outside of the wing contours do not align up either, as you would expect due to the main wing/aileron misalingment. This is the third Nitro plane I have ordered this year and this is the first major issue I have had. Please send a replacement wing.

John, Yes. As if a pilot was in the plane it would be on his right side. The same side as the engine exhuast.
Will it match up to the left half ok?
Thanks, Walt

Nitro-Planes

I ordered a canopy for my 120 size Zero on Sept. 5, the money was taken from my bank card, but the product is out of stock. This is the 30th of Nov. and I still have not recieved my canopy. I would rreally like to know when I might expect to get my canopy. I have been on your chat line and all the lady will tell me is that it is out of stock. Please tell me if and when I might actually get the canopy.

Thank you,
Ron
