Missing Parts and IncompatibleBatteries as an "add on option"

Order Number: yhst-17210252890263-144029

http://www.nitroplanes.com/93a235-80...e-rtf-24g.html and http://www.nitroplanes.com/93a220-800bf109-rtf-24g.html

The Airfield 800mmSpitfire I ordered was missing the bind cable. I searched through every possible hiding place after noticing that it wasn't attached to the receiver; insidethe model's fuselage, inside the transmitter battery compartment, with the accessories, or loose in the packaging. It wasn't there.

The BF 109 Messerschmitt had a completely different 4channel ESC, despite being of the same model numbers, requiring no bind cable, andwithout the bind button on the transmiiter. There are no issuesthere.

The two 1300mah 20c 3cell blue lipo that I selected in the optional purchase menu do not match the smaller connector on either ESC. I noticed that this wasn't an add-on battery option for the Messerschmitt, only the Spitfire!

BecauseI ordered theSpitfire for my buddy, using one transmitter and receiver for both planes isn't an option. Should I return theSpitfire and the two batteries, or how should I proceed?

Thanks!

-Edited September 19th__
Reason: Plane missing the Bind Plug is a Spitfire, not Corsair as previously posted.

Any response from Nitroplanes???

Timmy
I think there may have been some confusion, with the other guy's erroneous reply to my own post, earlier. My problem has not been resolved yet: Missing bind plug for the Spitfire RTFOrder and battery connector miss-match.

The batteryaggrevation is something that, now having gained a little more experience as an RC Newbie, I'd recommend Nitroplanes spare others. However, dealing with the many connector types is inevitable in this hobby. The bind plug How do you wish to handle this?

Thanks

CMP Edge 540T wing mount bolts/ blind nuts dont work. IE the wings are not held in properly and they slip in the eyelets. along with cracked canopy.

Hi,

Order number yhst-17210252890263-138012 . Before putting the plane together i checked all electronics. All worked fine, except esc. It would cut of the power to the motor, make weird noises, reset all the time, shut down even at half throtle, it just wasn't working properly. I took the esc from my other samef-16 that i bought from you almost a year ago and problem was fixed. If it's possible could you send me a new esc. It was 25A with heat sink. Thank you.
Hi again. I wrote that message in a forum a while ago and still didn't get a reply. I thought i'll try again. Thanks

No damage on the outside of box or to the kit, everything is fine.

I received everything in good shape, but the fuselage does not have any
guide tubes in it for the push rod wires to the rudder and elevator.

I will get you a pic tomorrow.

Order number 948721 Airfield F-15 Missing part - NoseWheel Steering Servo Arm.The kit does not have the linkage needed to couple the Nosewheel with the Nosewheel Servo in the Cockpit. Due to this issue the nose wheel steering is rendered inoperative.

Seems to be some type of special servo arm according to the attached picture.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact me at any time.
