I posted on Jan 16, 2010 and have not received a reply. What kind of help is this forum? I guess Nitroplanes does not want my business. I will buy elsewere.

I have noticed that nitroplanes is now listing spare parts for the Skytrainer on their webpage that were not posted before. Maybe Nitroplanes will be posting more spare parts online rather than supporting this forum? I have not checked other models to see if they are offering more spares online.

Nitro Planes is a pile of camel ka-ka...no matter how you slice it, or what they have told us, they stink. Good luck getting any parts out of Nitro Planes...even when they short your kit, or the parts you did get, were unusalble. And if Nitro Planes wants me to shut up about all this...they can just send me the four green 90" P-38 oil cooler covers they have owed me, since 2006.

In need of a replacement cowl (including the inner cowl ring) and the electric wooden motor mount for electric motors.
This is for the Gee-Bee .25 in white and red. Part # for the plane is this....... 90A122_Gas_GeeBee25

On the page, the model is listed as black and yellow but the one I bought over a year ago is white and red.
You guys have part #'s for this? I didn't find any of these items on the parts page.

just to let you know they got your request the first time. they are just ignoring you. i've spent over 1k with them and they ignor me. sorry to say they belong to the deadbeat family now. just because the chinese sell them junk they dump it on us. we all should boycott these people[:@]

Dear Sir's

I have been waiting for 8 months for landing gear for my 140 katana. I E-mail or do on line support every month and get they will be in within 2 weeks every time for almost a year now ?

When will the landing gear be in for this plane ? It is so specailized in shape I have tried to buy anything to replace it but can not. The plane is useless without gear. The fact it broke in the first place under normal use makes me mad but not having the ability to replace it [:@]

What is the story ?

Please PM John ( nitrostaff1 ) with your order number and a description of the parts you may need.

Bear in mind that their ability to get you parts is dependant upon the availability from the manufacturers, and often John must resort to ripping open otherwise saleable boxes to obtain parts.

Precedence is given to missing parts or components on new orders.

John does not check in here every day so it may be several days before you see a response.

If you see him around and have not obtained a response, please try again. He seems to go through many PM's at one time.

Any word on the gear for the katana I linked it

The fact they broke on a normal landing erks me but they are glass so having a bad set happens but not having the ability to fly due to not having spare parts is killing me. Geting the they will be here in 2 weeks for 9 months + is really getting under my skin

I held off from buying on the black friday sale due to this. I usually buy 2 to 3 kits on that deal.

it is what it is. get use to it. i'm loosing faith. nitro will loose lots of customers because of thier bad service.
