All your cars in your garage now have plenty of parts support.. so you can go hard at it!!
True dat! Gotta love that. The old "scared to crash the Cat" days are over.

Of course, I'm told there is/will be a Cat S1 being made, with a non-CF body to make it cheaper if desired. So that's on the "want list", but also on the "crappy parts support" list. Gah! [sm=drowning.gif]

i was looking through some forums and i came across somthing lb and some of you other guys might remember, 2wd buildoff!!. how many of you would partisipate in it if i set one up? it would follow the same base rules as the first one, but with a few twists to make it interesting.

Ha, CT4L started that one..

It might be hard for someone who doesn't have a machine shop at home if we are going by that rule.. (parts have to be custom made?)

i dont have any large tools. besides a few hand drills, a rotery tool, and a grinder i dont have any power tools at all and i have built some pretty high quality parts for my cars. all you need is a torch, a bolt cutter, brass, and solder with flux. make a frame out of rod or tubing (builders prefference), put a brass plate in the front and back with holes for the gearbox and the steering system and some way to mount the suspension arms, plate it with aluminium plates and you got a tuber style rig.
