Ive been thinking of getting a fundango for a while now (mostly to fly in the vacant lot next door) but I dont like the idea of ailerons and elevator only.
So anyways, I saw a picture of the uncovered frame and it looks like a rudder can easilly be added by cutting the vertical stab right down the center and adding some balsa.
I dont think it would add too much weight seeing as a hs-55 (or simular) servo weighs less than half an ounce, pushrods and controll horns weigh next to nothing, im guessing it would add about 3/4 of an ounce for everything.
Has anyone did this before? Did it work? was it effective?

He added a simple rudder similarly to what you want.
