I built this kit this past summer. The instructions do not give the CG in measurable units. The plans indicate the CG as being just a little forward of the rear corner of the center wing strut. Basically put your finger in that corner and see if the plane will sit level without fuel. I have found that the kit comes out a little nose heavy with all standard ball bearing servos and a 46fx engine. To get the plane's CG back a little and to lighten the overall weight, I removed the wheel pants.
This is a really fun plane to fly, its not a great 3d trainer but very aerobatic. You will love it.

Mine is ballanced at 4-1/2 inches back from the top wing leading edge. I also mounted my servos in the fuse, With the Saito .72 it was way to nose heavy. I have a pic in my gallery if you want to see about where I mounted the servos.

Whoa, this lil plane rocks ! I put an old reliabe 46fx on it. It still came out nose heavy but I went ahead and took her up without addin tail weight and while it does need to be balanced better she still flies great. Rolls are fast ! I found that if you take the high low approach you can cut throttle, pull it around to final and just add a little throttle before it touches down. It kept falling out af hover but I think once it gets balanced right it should hover pretty good. It definitely needs mucho mixing to get it to knifedge butI decided to keep it simple and not mess with it today.
Must say Im very satisfied with this lil' thang. Im surprised how well the FX pulled it around and even with the needed tailweight it should hover fairly well I think. Weather was perfect today too, 0 wind and 62 deg. I wish every Sunday could be this nice !
If anyone out there has any flying or setup tips for this please pass them along ! What should I use to add weight to the tail ?!?

This has got to be one of the most fun planes to fly. Unfortunately, I have had mid air and one other crash due to break in elevator connecting spar. Back to the hanger one more time. I've bought three of these to keep it flying. Red, Whit and Blue flag theme. I use a Saito 56 and it is awsome. Flying Sig Fazer today and it too is a barrel of fun.
Not sure of the cg at this moment, but above info seems accurate
