Ball-links are the best on throttle. Nelson doesn't even give you a choice; his carbs come with them already installed.

I agree about the ball links. The only way to go.

Alex, when i said what i did about the clevises, i ment do NOT use one on the throttle arm...its asking for trouble, the thing that john stated above happend to me and it went in hard...not a big deal but really sux when it happens on the 2nd lap of practice...the Nelson motors myself Tony and Tanner were running have Ball links already molded onto the throttle arm (as DHG stated above)

Now, that u got a run on the course and Tony has given u a few pointers on airplane set up along with myself and Sammy, make the changes u need to make and come out next weekend and get some time on the course with all of us...im sure we will all be there agine next saterday, not sure what time, i think tony might have to work, but i can come out earlyer and im sure sammy will be there at a early time so we can get all the time on our new quikees as we can before the race in 2 weeks...The flight with my Q-40 today was a bummer, i couldnt even feel my transmitter in my hands, so thats y my landing SUCKED!! maybe next weekend u will be able to c i some what know what im doing out there...I would sigest that u get a TT PRO.40 on the nose of ur airplane as soon as u can...that motor u have on there now does not turn up as well as it prolly should however it will be fine for ur first 2 races (since that is all they will let u run with that motor) so no worries...just something to think about...

Sorry about the bad day today, was not what any of us had planned on, but these things happen man...anyways, i hope to c u next weekend so we can all go to the course and have some real fun

Alex,

check out this website, its not really a construction article, but it shows a picture sequence of A.J. Seaholm building one of my seeker kits.
