I have a STAUDACHER 60 ARF, I am ready to mount the motor but I didnt notice any thrust angle on the firewall. Isn't this just about necessary?
Any suggestions on how much I should add if any..

If the instructions dont say anything about it I wouldn't worry about it. I just finished my 2nd Goldburg Ultimate ARF. you dont really notice the thrust angle until you install the cowling

Here's a guide to see if you need any side thrust.
Fly model away from you INTO any wind; Pull to straight vertical at normal cruise speed. DO NOT use rudder
A. Model continues straight up = No Adjustment
B. Model yaws left AFTER line established = Add right thrust
C. Model yaws right AFTER line established = Reduce Right thrust
Again, 2 degrees is normal for your typical low-wing sport model. Your milage may vary...

Learn to fly the plane with rudder. Full scale airplanes do not normally use any additional down or right thrust. I quit building in offset thrust years ago, and have become a better RC pilot. If you feel that you must use right and down offset, 2 or 3 degrees is a good place to start. Again, if you will learn to fly with the rudder and learn throttle management, you won't need it.
