Cloud, I looked at your math. You are ADDING vescosities together. a 40 weight + 60 weight giving you 50 weight does not make sense. However, I do not think it will give you 100wt either. Something just does not seem right.

no the math is cool, you add thick to runny you get a halfway, same applies i'd probably make sure they are the same shock oil though i.e same company just to make sure

Bah, if a couple guys in New Zealand can incerase their wireless signal by 7 km by spending 5 USD on cooking equipment, I am sure I can do just as well with two bottles. Doesn't hurt to try, does it? Learning is another aspect of this hobby that makes all this worth while!

I say go for it Cloud. Also if you can, try to get a bottle of 50wt oil as well and compare the shocks with your mix with the 50 wt mix. If it works well, you may have a better alternative to buying shock oils and using the ones you have!

Well i got new clutch bells, new airtronics servo 125 oz torque at .07s. Pretty sweet, but im pissed at my 0-1, the carb keeps comming loose.
I want a new engine to get to the point. Im looking to spend no more than 400 bucks with a new pipe, manifold and engine, carb, flywheel, and clutch.
Few questions, can I use the same flywheel and clutch system on my 0-1? What engine should i be looking at. I like Novirossi's but I dont want to spend the hours fine tuning them. Are RB engines pretty easy to tune? Whats a good engine(Carb should come with engine?)/manifold/pipe combo to choose for racing?

well i feel the RB engines are a tad bit too expensive at 500 dollars (C5 buggy and ws7 being 425)
any other engines to take a look at?
edit:
Also while jumping, ill hit a jump and not hit the breaks but the nose will just fall foward and the car will flip.
Even with the thorottle pegged, the buggy will flip forward.... Does that have anything to do with the suspension set up? Or is it just me trying to jump speed bumps?

Umm..the C5 Buggy is only $345 and the WS7 is only $286, The WS7II is $299 and the C5 Rody Modified is $483. www.unlimitedengineering.com
On that website, click on the motor and scroll to the bottom, it will give you a much better price than listed.

what motor is a good engine(well thats stupid they both own)
Whats the pros and cons of each... of course the WS7 is the cheepest.
Whats the diffrence of the WS7II over the WS7?
Would it be worth going with the C5?
Are they semi easy to tune and relible motors if broken in properly?
I currently have a RB EFRA 9863.... good enough or no?
Thanks again

It all depends on what kinda of driver you are seriously. The OS V-Spec is an awesome motor so far. But NO ONE Knows how long its gonna last yet. It still has yet to prove itself. And it doesnt have a good track record to date. (VZB). However from what I know from mine, Its a bad-arse motor with tons of bottom end and decent rpms as well. If your a "blipper" and from those two, go for the V-Spec. You'll like the grunt.
If your more of a smooth type driver. Linear, and you make room to find speed on the track. The WS7II is gonna be a great motor for that. it lacks the bottom end a bit. But makes up for it with its violent midrange-top end power. I ran the OS-T2050 on my V-Spec. Great.
I run the RB 9886 with Long Header on the WS7II. Great as well.

well im more of a smooth driver and when im bashing, its all mid to full thorr so im going toward the WS7II. Any reason why I should look at the C5 over the WS7II or no? the 9886 a good pipe?

The C5 has a fairly weak bottom end. You will have to be a clutch/pipe tuner to get some power on the bottom out of it. However it is more powerful than the WS7II in the midrange-top end rpms. Although it comes at the cost of fuel mileage. its a real powerhouse, almost too much power. Theres a reason why its not too popular of a motor with the team drivers. But its got BallZ!
Thats is a suspension problem. try taking some (if you have any) of the pre-load spacers out of the back shocks and put some in the front. Also try different mounting holes in the towers and arms. Maybe a different weight shock oil as well. it's all about experimenting with these things. ALTHOUGH, Jumpin speed bumps could be the reason it does that. Try jumping dirt/grass or something softer and see if it does it less. Plus if your landing with your throttle pegged on concrete, your asking for new pinions gears shortly.

i think ill go with the WS7 2. It looks cooler and its cheeper.... any more suggestions on pipes? looking for good run times but exceptional performance.
Does the WS7 tune well?
Good call on the spacers.... will try it, i do have a lot of spacers in it for a higher ride higth(grass)
god i need to find the site, but their is a ad here for cooling heads, and they make shock towers for the tmaxx and the savage... the savage shock tower has got to have 20 mounting holes in it...... anyone make that for a H7Pro?

With my experience with the WS7II, it likes a slightly richer bottom end with a slightly "lean" top end. Thats how it keeps its temp down. Its fairly easy to tune.
