need help regard hellfire

hi everyone.
I need some knowledge about adjusting the hellfire position.
I have change new clutch with 0.9mm (silver) pin, at the same time T16 gear.
But it seem like i can't get the proper position, if i put it a bit closer, when i start the engine with the rotor starter, the wheel keep on moving before the engine start.
If i put it a bit futher, when i turn the T16 gear, the centre mantle don't move at all???
Can anyone with me some advice please.

the k4.6 is a torquey motor.
i think you should have used 1.0/1.1 mm clutch springs.
the .9mm are weak and your clutch is likely engageing while trying to start causeing the gears to turn.
my savage x f4.6 uses the 1.0mm that come with the hpi alloy shoe's.
my lrp spec 3 is using 1.1mm springs.

Thank you Mazdab2600 for your advice.
But the standard deflault which comes with the package is 0.7mm, for a smooth enage.
And a 0.9 to 1.0 mm is for aggressive response.

if the gear is turning.your springs are not set right on the flywheel nut or the idle is to high and the shoe's are rubbing on the clutch bell.
thats all i cant think of with the parts you've listed/changed.

do you mean when u go to start it, as the motor turns over the wheels move? or it start then it does not move but if u push it turns the motor over?
mine did that to me, make sure the springs are in the grove on the flywheel nut, otherwise it will grab instantly and seize up. if you can't get them in the grove, reverse the clutch shoe patter instead of going,(looking from the back of the motor the pads are going clock wise, go counter clock wise, it gives a sooner night, but makes the springs fall into the grove and allows it to work better, and does not seize up.
i use the max life shoes, a 16t vented cb, and mugen 1.0mm springs.
