hi everyone, new to this side of the forum, lol,
i have just bought a yokomo blitz drift ER34 skyline, built it, no limit speed control, 12turn motor, 2200 battery pack, now here is my prob, i work in a hobby shop and all of the staff have bought these cars, lol, they have upgraded there cars and as a p/t worker dont no what to add to my car!!.. im use to off roading and finding it hard..( but fun!!) 2 get a good drift, i wood love 4 sum1 to jst spend a lil time with me and msg back about upgrades, tips, and mayb sum secrets..lol
i have sum pic's below, i painted it oranage instead of white cus it better..lol

first thing you should swap your tamiya connectors with some deans connectors. also get your self a set of pinion gears so you can play with the gearing. If I were you I would also try a motor with more turns. torque is your friewnd here. take a look at a 19 or a 27 turn.

cheers guys, i gonna get a atlas blue19 turn motor, any good??.. lol, we have loads at work but this one stays cooler, plus looks cool, we have drift motors but is there any real difference??.. i no bout the batt..lol, picked up a 4200 pack, dean's alot better connections then 4 electric??.. why??
sorry 2 b a pain but i was strickly nitro till a month ago, now im addicted,, so much easier... well kinda but alot of fun, !!
p.s wot tooth pinion gear??...

You might wanna consider a 23 turn motor. it gives alot more tourqe so the wheels keep spining while u go sideways lol. Deans is alot better cos it doesn't melt lol and cos it has very little resitense (like a 12 AUG wire). But u gotta get the deans soledred right cos its a pain in the a** to get them out
