we were having some work done
my truck is having lights fitted and curtains
cays truck is having the sound unit moved and extra lights
and a bunk made to hide the sound unit

it wasnt our truck meet it was a special show we were asked to attend
it had a bring and buy section of all kinds of boats
i could of walked away with everything on saturday and again on sunday[&o][&o]

I know it was a big event but you also met up with some people from your truck forum, what I meant

Starting to get light later now, soon have good evenings to do stuff outside and that.

to be honest with you i was thinking of selling my truck
as it seems so long since we have had them
thinking about it they went a week before christmas

i understand now
yes there was friends from the truck forum

yeah thats just bad luck i guess
great for people like you and me(rc nuts)
but not so great for us
it means all the stupid kids come out
and act like idiots without thinking about young children and babies
who still go to bed at there normal time

What a wally
They had a couple of trucks at the local shop, very expensive, about £300 odd.
Was looking at radio controlled boats on youtube and speedboats.

thats the only problem with the tamiya trucks
before i got one i couldnt see where the money is in them
but when you get the kit and build it up you can see where the money is

Nice bikes....... I used to mess about with Scalextrics all the time as a kid most of the time was spent getting the track to work properly, although we did get some of the new style track, must admit it was a lot better.
Not had it out for ages.

we have ordered some bodyshells
that will be pre painted when we get them
but you will have to wait to see them

yeah its a msc
its standard for now
im thinking of a tamiya esc
it has a 7.2v battery which is more than its meant to
and its fast as it is

I bet it's fast, it looks very light.
Go for the Tamiya speed controllers that we fitted to the Bycmos if you do yes.
I was going to ask about the battery, what mah is it?
So have you tested it properly yet?

yes its to fast for the frontroom
and its very grippy with the foam tyres
the battery is a 1700 i think i do have a
2700 which i think may just blow the snot out of it
(thinking i may just have to charge it up and see how fast it is)
no we havent tested it yet i think we will see wait untill the next stoke truck meet
(god only knows when that will be)
having said that look what the postie brought


(i thought i was meant to be selling my stuff not collecting again [:-][:-])
we have also got another mardave that came the day after this one

Trucks back too, nice hope you are happy with them dus.

Was going to ask if they were foam tyres, still thinking of trying some foams out.

Let us know what it goes like also want to see your MarDave shells too

no these are not our trucks
our trucks are not back yet
we have just sent off the 2.4 radio gear
if you want i will have a look to see if i have any foam
left and can send them to you if you like
i will reoprt on the wheels when we get to try them out
and i will post the photo's when we get the shells back
im looking into getting a truck shell for the mardave
