wow, waterproof and brushless ready and good ground clearance! i love it. except for the 12t titan, i love it all.
this truck could replace the rusty's, in my opinion. i like the body and tires looking like the race trucks, much nicer than stock rusty body. i wonder how closely the price will be to a new xl5 rusty or pede. the upgraded tranny, waterproof parts, BB would cost alot to add to a rusty or pede.
traxxas must have realized that customers would like their 2wds to have the waterproof of the new emaxx, and figured they could make money buy putting them in a new chassis.
i say, that if they had chosen a better motor, id go buy one asap!

i think that the price will make or break it. if it can be sold for $200, that would be awsome.

Talk about 90% reuse and 10% innovation... these guys should pair up with GM.

Here is a comparison picture (Slash next to Rustler VXL) that was posted in the Traxxas forums:

Personally, I think it looks horrible... [:'(] (Although I understand where its design came from)

I agree.

3.5" ground clearance and waterproof electronics are great features though.

wow, in the vids it looked better. the front seems larger than the back! they should have made the fenders wider, so the wheels can go up into the body. as is the body sits to high.

I like the way that losi and traxxas is going with the corr style trucks. This is a fresh look instead of the old and boring

On the site. It comes with the Traxxas waterproof servo, a waterproof VXL, and the new mini receiver in a waterproof receiver box.

Well, I will say this having waterproof electronics is a "BIG" plus up here in the Pacific Northwest.

Wow from what I just read posted by a traxxas employee over at the traxxas forums its going to be around the same price as a 3605 stampede.

Thats about 180$ @ towerhobbies.

It looks bloated.... If they could make it a little bit smaller and make the body look better then I'd probably buy one. And if the price was $180 that would be amazing.

Hey that truck reminds me of something.. [&:]

These companies need to come out with something new! Something exiting! They keep going with the same trucks, or copying one another. Lets see some minis, more brushless, etc..
