My Feedback: (6)
I have sent repeated messages to Hangar9 /Fsone product support I can not get a response. The cord that goes from the Usb module to my Futaba transmitter has had a bad connection since day one and the Lhs where I bought it has been trying since Christmas and can not seem to get a replacement because he says he can not get a part number. Does anyone know how to get a part number for this cord or know who I need to contact to get a response?

I had a break in one of the wires at the connector that plugs into the little box on the adapter cable. I replaced the connector with one I got from one of the electronic sites on the internet and have not had a problem since. It is a standard connector. I am sorry that I don't have the model number or where I got it, but I am sure you can figure it out with a little research.

Finally got this resolved. Called the customer support number on Hobbyzone.com, got transfered to Horizon's Fsone customer support. Had to leave a message, but they did call me back and sent me a new cable Fed ex.
It looks just like the one linked above, but with the round Futaba plug instead of the square.
Thanks for all the response.
FYI, Don't waste your time trying to use the Fsone.com customer support link, evidently no one follows up on messages and they will not respond.
