That`s bad Hellya has just proved everybody else right 2 weeks and no reply!
Luckily in the UK i can get most FG parts in 24-48 hours from most dealers, if it took 4 days i would feel that was taking to long, hehe

Just go and get your motormounts and pinion gear from hobbyteck. You will pay about $30. dollars for shipping. They where good to me on my last 4 orders.........And they dont messssss around.......

My reply wasnt anything towards you. I just told him that he can get his stuff at hobbyteck. They only charge me about 30. for shipping and I always got my stuff around 5 to7 days.....

For the 50th time, if you don't have the time to run the R/C business, then close it temporarily.
There is NO excuse for slow service or not answering emails, etc. Either run the business right or don't run it at all.
I wonder what some of my clients would say if I used Hellya's BS excuses. "I'm busy with another business." "I'm not making a big profit on these parts....."
Who cares, there is a saying at all good businesses, NO EXCUSES. The customer doesn't want to hear it. You issues are NOT their problems.
Either do it right or don't do it at all.

i have been trying to get in touch with hellya for over two month to get his mailing adress to send him a money order to get the motormounts abnd pinion gear but theese pleas alwaysland on deaf ears.
he says he is to busy to answer any requests from other people but he is not to busy t show pictures of his new truck on another post.
i would love to stick my finger up his butt and wiggle it until i got his attention.

Incidentally i purchased some mounts from him on 2/14/07 and got them in Florida on 3/13/07. Yes this was a long wait but interestingly each time i e-mailed him for a status he responded so i really don't understand why

at first he sent me some of tnhe parts but not all.
this went on for several months i sent him e mails called him on the phone and left messafes never got replys than i told him i wanted my money back when he did fiely reply it was i will be shipping it to you on monday.
well three months of monday went by and i was still sitting here with empty pockets.
this whole drama was going on ten months .
so i turned it over to the postal inspector and with in a few days i got an e mail from him saying he had put a check in the mail and i recieved it three days later.
maby this is what needs to be done to get hellya attentionand some responce.

my shrink just sits there and yawns when i go to talk to him.
